Dan Rock:

Dan Rock’s research activities include preclinical ADME and development of small molecules and antibody drug conjugates for inflammation and oncology. Research expertise include characterizing structure-function of drug metabolizing enzymes. Specific interests, include the impact of cytochrome P450 structure on drug bioactivation and subsequent ability to trap electrophilic metabolites. He received a PhD in Chemistry from Washington State University, and currently works in the PKDM department at Amgen in Seattle, Washington
