Brooke Vandenbrink:

Brooke VandenBrink research interests focus on developing in vitro kinetic models and methods to understand and predict the impact of cytochrome P450-dependent oxidation reactions on drug toxicity. Further interests include exploring the molecular basis of metabolic drug-drug interactions and developing a framework to predict the likelihood of an interaction at early stages in drug development. She received her PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Washington, and currently works in the PKDM department at Amgen in Seattle, Washington.
